I work with schools, companies, and individuals on the human half of AI. How to hand off work without losing the thread of it, how to tell a confident answer from a correct one, and how to keep a team pointed at the same version of the truth. The tools change every few months. This skill lasts.
Seven lessons, taught by whatever AI you already use.
You Are The Harness is a folder you open in ChatGPT, Claude, or any chat window. You say one sentence, the model becomes your tutor, and you work on a project you actually care about. It takes about seven hours, spread however your life allows, and it costs nothing.
If you want to know whether I can teach your people, start here and find out for free.
Most AI training stops at the tool. I train the part that stays yours.
You can tell a confident answer from a correct one
Your team agrees on the facts before it argues about the plan
You hand off the work you chose to hand off, and keep the rest
You can say out loud why you accepted something, or why you didn’t
Students build their own judgment instead of borrowing the machine’s
You finish real things, out where reality gets to answer back
Same skill underneath. I meet each group where their week actually hurts.
The software is already deployed. The harder part is a workforce that has to change how it works, in roles that keep shifting, without anyone above them able to see every AI conversation they have. I train people to run that judgment themselves, because nobody else is positioned to.
AI amplifies whoever you already are. Scattered attention gets more scattered. Disciplined thinking compounds. The difference is a set of habits you can learn, and most people have never been shown them.
The critical thinking frameworks most schools use were built for a world where looking something up took effort. Teachers need an updated picture of what thinking is for, and then the lessons, the assignments and the grading to match it.
There is a deeper architecture under all of this, and it is written down. Read the framework.
Two doctorates, one in nuclear physics and one in psychometrics, which is the science of measuring how people actually think. Then 15 years of building AI and statistical systems for insurers, marketers, and hospitals, where models that get it wrong can lose money and cause harm. Underneath all of it, thirty years of teaching people one at a time.
That mix is the whole method. I know how these models work from the inside, I know how to test whether a person has really learned something, and I know how to stand in a room and teach it. There is more to the story, including the meditation, the martial arts and the ordination, and it is all on the About page.
